[Postponed - keep visiting for updates] Jalapeno to be a seminar sponsor at the BC Beer Conference 2022: Feb 3rd & 4th, 2022
Dear Jalapeno Community,
It’s been a rough year, full of ups and downs. Through it all, the craft beer community has demonstrated how it not only cares about making great beer but also how it cares about its people, culture and community. We, at Jalapeno Employee Engagement, have had the pleasure of working with a variety of breweries from coast to coast, to help them with building a strong and inclusive community and culture. We are excited to bring our knowledge and expertise to the upcoming BC Beer Conference!
The conference will be an in-person event happening on February 3rd & 4th, 2022 to bring together various key stakeholders from the craft brewing industry. In the year 2021, we engaged with the brewing industry to touch base on various employee engagement matters such as diversity, inclusion and work culture.
In the year 2022, Jalapeno intends to dig even deeper with this event. Over the past few months, we have been involved in crucial projects related to determining the industry benchmarks of wage compensation and developing a DEI/Anti-Harassment Handbook. Jalapeno will be using the conference platform to unveil results, share spotlights and raise awareness of the brewing industry’s benchmarks. Additionally, we will also be speaking to the criticality of matters related to workplace harassment and discrimination.
