In this two-part workshop as part of BC Craft Brewers Conference 2021 seminars, We will be creating an inspiring vision of the ideal situation by:

1.     Focusing on the cost of not changing

2.     Creating awareness of the benefits that come from cultivating DNI

3.     Clarifying the role we play in DN

Part one will be more interactive with the use of anonymous surveys, psychological experiments, and implicit bias games. The second part will be instructional and a DNI Guidebook will be shared that will allow participants to question every aspect of their business and reflect on how they can cultivate DNI in their business.
