Objectives:

Jalapeno will be collaborating with CCBA to host a “Third Thursday” session on creating safe spaces in the workplace while considering the elements of diversity, equity and inclusion. The event will take place on Dec 19th, 2022 at 3 PM E.S.T.

The session will include a panel discussion where experts from Jalapeno Employee Engagement will discuss various scenarios related to toxic workplace cultures and handling workplace complaints. 

Outcomes:

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

• Build awareness of healthy workplaces
• Understand how to identify toxic workplace culture
• Navigate through various workplace complaints
• Consider variables and perspectives as an employee, Third Party/WorkSafe officer while handling complaints
• Understand business implications of workplace issues
