Spicy Hotline: Let's onboard our new team member, AI!

Who are we? Jalapeño Employee Engagement helps you grow your people to grow your business. Our technology and experts work closely with you and your team to achieve desired results effectively and efficiently.

"We either choose to welcome technology, or technology will welcome itself." - Jalapeno E. E. 2020

Despite advancements in technology and AI, employees still spend 552 hours a year completing tasks that lack intrinsic value and motivation, resulting in low productivity, well-being, and profitability. Although leaders are aware of how advanced technologies can help redefine work in a more meaningful way, only 15%  show confidence in their ability to introduce them into their organization.

Regardless of whether or not leaders are confident in their ability to introduce new technologies, this transition is inevitable! And we should NOT passively wait for this wave of technology to hit us. As leaders and employees, we must proactively take the strides necessary to effectively introduce these technologies in a way that will positively impact the success of the organization and its teams.

We are providing a platform for our community to come together with their top challenges and concerns in their current work experience regarding the use of technology, and consult with Jalapeño Experts on how to navigate them!

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

  1. Understand the real impact of technology in the workforce.
  2. Identify the skills you and your team must develop to thrive in this new era of advanced technology.
  3. Introduce new technology, such as AI, effectively into your organization.

You can attend our virtual event to contribute directly to the analysis and/or gain insight from the interactive discussion :) Everyone is encouraged to share their diverse experience!

He would ultimately like to see what cultural factors in organizations can be leveraged in order to introduce new technology with the least amount of resistance.
